Information submitted
The quote form may collect your name, phone number, optional email and company, city, material description, quantity, pickup preference, message, source page, and optional material photos. Basic request-security information, such as a privacy-protected network identifier and browser user agent, may also be recorded.
How information is used
Information is used to review and respond to the request, assess material and logistics, maintain an operational lead history, protect the form from abuse, and export owner records for follow-up.
Storage and access
Form data is stored in the project database. Uploaded file bytes are stored in managed object storage, while attachment metadata is stored with the lead. Owner operations require authenticated server-side authorization.
Retention and requests
